Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. If any items are made of glass and you hear a noise inside the packaging, please take a video while opening the packaged box. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that don’t meet these criteria.
Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange. After 10 days, we’re unable to accept exchanges.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange. However, if the value of the exchange is above Rs. 5000, the shipping cost is free. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is returned to us safely.
Exchanges: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll issue a store credit within 10-15 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
